Arthur and Lucille Lord purchased 6 Saint George Place from George and Carol Mattegat.

Jane Phillips of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Allison Zanine of ERA Goodfellow.

Attorney Tim Holian of Newtown represented the sellers and attorney Eric DaSilva of Newtown represented the buyers.
