CLA Call To Artists

NEW FAIRFIELD — Candlewood League of Artists will present a benefit art show for New Fairfield Public Library the weekend of July 27-29 at the library. This show is open to all artists; CLA membership not required.

Entry fee is $10 for two framed paintings, portfolio fee is $5, with a maximum 20 unframed pieces allowed. Accepted mediums include oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, colored pencil, mixed media, sculpture and graphics. Giclée prints will be accepted in portfolio only.

Receiving will be Wednesday, July 25, between 2-6 pm, at the library, 2 Brush Hill Road. Artists are expected to donate at least 20 percent of any sales to the library.

A public reception will be held on Sunday form 2 to 4 pm.
