Summer Enrichment Courses Begin July 9

Newtown Continuing Education is pleased to offer Summer Enrichment Courses beginning July 9.

Kids Create is a great way for kids to make their own fun, using a variety of craft mediums and techniques. Kids will combine art, crafts, and science through creative, fun projects and creating snacks. These programs are for children in kindergarten through fourth grade.

Kids Create Summer Fun – Kids do not know what to do with long summer days. Kids Create will show them how to make many things especially for “summer fun.” Projects will include kaleidoscopes, pierced lanterns, bug jugs, games, and much more. This program will be held July 16 through 20.

Kids Create on the Move – Summer is the time for kids to be outside running around. Create projects to use while “on the move,” including rocket balloons, kites, boats, flying paint, and more. This program will be held two different weeks, July 9 through 13 and July 23 through 27.
