Pipe Organ Donations Received

The Heritage Preservation Trust of Newtown has announced that some donations have started to come in as part of the trust’s campaign to fund the repair and restoration of the 1924 Hall pipe organ in the Newtown Meeting House.

Donald Studley, president of the trust, reported this week that $1,100 in contributions had been received last week. The goal of the fund drive is $75,000.

Donations to the drive may still be sent to Heritage Preservation Trust, PO Box 3082, Newtown, CT 06470-3082.
