Volunteers Needed

DANBURY –– The Friendly Visitor Program, sponsored by the Volunteer Center Serving Western Connecticut, will be holding Friendly Visitor training for individuals of all ages interested in becoming a friend to a homebound senior citizen.

The training will be 10 am to noon on Tuesday, July 8; Thursday, July 10; and Tuesday, July 15 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 107 Kent Road (Route 7) in New Milford. Attendance at all three sessions is required. No experience is necessary. For information, contact Terry Janaitis at 797-1154.
