Elliot Chase Gregory, resident of Sandy Hook and graduate of Newtown High School, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019. He was 20 years old.

He was born in Norwalk to Henry and Mary Ellen Collins Gregory.

Elliot was a talented lacrosse athlete and played for Newtown High School. He shared a passion for the outdoors and loved to kayak, fish, and hike. He will be remembered for his unselfish, generous heart and his never-ending quick wit.

He is survived by his parents, Hank and Karen; his brothers, Christopher and Tyler; and his sisters, Abigail, Rebecca, and Allison. He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Ellen Collins Gregory.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Friday, June 28, from 3 to 6:30 pm, with a remembrance devotion at 6:30 pm at Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe.
