Senior Blue Wins Lacrosse Title

The U15 Senior Blue boys’ lacrosse team won the SWC and CONNY Championships this past week.

The team defeated Danbury and Stratford in the SWC playoffs and knocked off Madison and Brookfield for the CONNY title. 

Senior Blue earned a 10-8 first-round win over Danbury and secured an 8-7 nail-biter victory over Stratford to secure the SWC championship. Pat Cain, Nick Fatse and KC Condon played great defense throughout the postseason. John Myers led the attack effort with several key goals. Craig Frigon and Andrew Derrickson controlled the faceoffs, and Casey Fuller and Andrew Volkers played well in the cage.
