Rolf Magne Lunde

New York Building Contractor

Rolf Magne Lunde, 70, died June 2, in his home in Maine surrounded by his family. Born in Farsund, Norway on October 27, 1938, he emigrated to New York and worked for 40 years as a building contractor, and became owner of Rolf Lunde Contracting in Armonk, N.Y.

His wife, Ann, and five children, including Jane Brady of Sandy Hook, and extended family in Norway and America survive Mr Lunde.

A memorial service will take place at Hillside Church, Armonk, N.Y., June 27, at noon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Islands Community Medical Center, 15 Medical Center Loop, Vinalhaven, Maine. Donations will go toward the purchase of an I-STAT machine to analyze blood chemistry and other needs of the medical center.
