The Newtown Bee has been very supportive of our efforts. Kaaren has attended many of our meetings and has published several heartwarming articles on our behalf. The editors of The Bee have been very generous with space for our teams to announce upcoming fundraisers. Much of our success is due to the fact that The Newtown Bee has helped us spread the word. Last year, many in our community were not aware of Relay For Life, but thanks to many individuals and The Newtown Bee, we believe everyone in town now knows the impact of Relay For Life on our community.
