Hawleyville Road

Police said that while on patrol about 5:12 pm June 20, they spotted motorist Mark Osiecki, 45, of Brookfield driving on Hawleyville Road, near Interstate 84, without a front marker plate on his vehicle, so they stopped him.

On investigating, police charged Osiecki with failure to display a front marker plate and with driving while under suspension.

After posting $100 bail, police released Osiecki for a July 7 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
