Better Breathers To Meet July 6

BRIDGEPORT — St Vincent’s Medical Center’s Better Breathers Club will meet on Wednesday, July 6, from 1:30 to 3 pm, in the Hawley III Conference Room.

The Better Breathing Club is a support and information group for people with breathing problems, and offers recommendations and tips to help people with lung disease. The group also provides its participants with emotional support as well as the opportunity to share strategies and techniques to improve their quality of breathing.

The meetings are free and open to anyone who has breathing difficulties or wants to learn more about breathing disorders.

The group is co-sponsored by the American Lung Association and St Vincent’s Medical Center.
