Do You Know Where To Vote?

The Registrars of Voters office this week will be sending out postcards reflecting the changes made by the recent redistricting process. Redistricting has changed the voting districts of approximately half of Newtown’s voters.

The Registrars of Voters ask that residents look out for brightly colored postcards that direct voters to the right voting place.

The registrars are hoping to have a district map and street list available on the town’s website by the fall election.

 To receive a mail-in application, call the office at 270-4250. The office of the registrars is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm.
