Red 12, Blue 6 – Kate Bowen doubled and Ashley Kuligowski singled twice to lead the Red All Stars to a 12-6 win over the Blue All Stars. Bowen, Rebecca Reed, Ashley Christiano, Kaitlin Marsden and Ally Modzelewski all pitched for the Red as Modzelewski, Nicole Elias, Sarah Ferris and Reed helped power the offense with singles. For the Blues, Stephanie Sanchez banged out three hits and Nicole Escoda doubled as Gina Pisacreta, Stephanie Arndt and Rachel Ruiz all collected singles. Morgan D’Avola, Lauren Johnson and Sanchez shared the pitching duties.

Newtown Pools 21, Rich’s Keys & Locks 4 – Taylor Johnson collected three hits and drove in five runs as Newtown Pools captured the U12 division championship (and finished undefeated at 11-0-2) with a win over Rich’s Keys & Locks. Johnson and Kate Siroky combined to pitch an eight-hitter as Nicole Nonnenmacher and Amanda Rowan contributed two hits and three RBI each. Morghan Moroney added five stolen bases. In the field, Kira Reed and Sarah Smith played well. For Rich’s Keys, Jenna Bonaccorso and Tori Theobald each went 2-for-3 while Rhea Schneider, Megan Gibbons, Megan Murphy and Jade Mather had key hits. Bonaccorso, Mather and Dianna Carozza each drove in runs.

The Villa 13, Coldwell Banker 12 – Colleen Cunningham went 3-for-3 with an RBI while Jessica Lynch and Erin Begg collected two hits apiece to lead The Villa “Chili Peppers” to a win over the Coldwell Banker “Blueberries” in the U12 division All Star game. Ashley Cirone and Ali Kennedy drove in two runs apiece for the Peppers as Megan Duero and Nora Murphy made some key plays in the field. For the ‘Berries, Jessica Jowdy reached base three times, including two hits, and scored two runs. Abbey Keough stroked a single and a double while Emma Herring, Natalie Dunn, Kate Siroky and Meriah Tani contributed hits. Rachael Camejo pitched a strong inning.
