Savings Bank Of Danbury Promotes VP

Savings Bank of Danbury has announced the appointment of Patricia Phelan to vice president, loan administration. The Bank’s Newtown branch is at 20 Church Hill Road.

Ms Phelan joined Savings Bank of Danbury in September 2002 as its loan administration officer. in December 2005, she was promoted to assistant vice president, loan administration.

With more than 30 years of professional banking experience, Ms Phelan oversees the commercial loan documentation and credit administration areas.

Prior to joining Savings Bank of Danbury, she held the position of vice president at Hudson United Bank where she was employed for 28 years. Her experience included more than ten years in commercial lending as well as 8 years in branch management.

“Pat is a great asset to the bank. Her leadership, dedication and strong ethics show through in her day to day operations” said Donna Ramey, executive vice president and chief operating officer.
