To the Editor:

Brian Neumeyer and his culinary class at Newtown High School deserve a huge BRAVO! for their spectacular “Final” on Friday night at the high school.

The dinner prepared by the apprentice and advanced classes was a shining showcase of Mr Neumeyer, his program, and the skill of these great students. You should all be very proud of your (extremely) hard work and your talents. To those of you going on to culinary school, you can take your success Friday with you knowing you can do it!
