Prisoner Arrest Follows DNA

State police said they served an arrest warrant on the morning of June 14 against Garner Correctional Institution inmate Joseph Ogman, 32, charging him with failure to provide a DNA sample.

State police said they arrested Ogman without incident at the state’s high security prison at 50 Nunnawauk Road. Ogman was scheduled for arraignment that day in Danbury Superior Court.

Ogman is incarcerated at Garner on a conviction for violation of probation.
