Do It Now
Do It Now
To the Editor:
When will the powers that be learn that putting off spending money on things like building or enlarging schools always ends up in spending more money than if they did it now?
The cost to have schools open during the hot weather, the added cost for buses, air conditioning, lights, teachers, etc, is never considered. Whatever it costs now will go up by 50 percent when they make up their minds to build whatâs needed. They do the same stupid things time and again. There has never been a project that when delayed didnât cost way more than planned. If itââs needed now then do it now.
