Bank Continues Base Ball Sponsorship

Newtown Savings Bank has donated $500 to the Newtown/Sandy Hook Vintage Base Ball team, which will use that money toward its 2007 season. Bank President & CEO John Trentacosta recently presented a check to Doug ‘Pops’ Pendergist, his son Ryan ‘Express’ and Matt ‘The Crank’; Mattie serves as the team’s mascot and bat boy.
