Grand Street, Danbury

Michael and Barbara Morris purchased a property located at 18 Grand Street in Danbury from Charles and Mia Reichl.

Holly Danise of Advanced Real Estate listed the property, which was sold in cooperation with Barbara Morris of Prudential Connecticut Realty.

The sellers were represented by attorney James Curran of Danbury and the buyers were represented by attorney John Phelan of Yonkers, N.Y.
