Klezmer On The Green

WATERBURY — Nefesh is the Hebrew word for soul. In conjunction with its current exhibition “They Found Their Way: Generations of Jewish Life in Waterbury,” Mattatuck Museum will sponsor Klezmer on The Green: Nefesh Klezmer Band on Wednesday, July 24. The free performance will begin at 7 pm and feature a selection of Jewish musical selections from Klezmer and Yemenite to Israeli tunes. Picnics are welcome, bring chairs for seating.
