Lutheran Church Planning Summer Bible School

MONROE — Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, on Elm Street, will be holding its annual Vacation Bible School from August 3 to 7, from 9 am to 4 pm each day.

Professionally trained counselors from Camp Calumet Lutheran in Freedom, N.H., will be at Good Shepherd for the week to provide a well-organized program in partnership with church leaders.  Children from ages 4 to 14 are invited to attend.

At VBS, children and youth laugh a lot as they go through the day, both indoors and outdoors, learning more about themselves, each other, and God. Children will find that at VBS it is easy explore faith in a relaxed setting. Counselors and church leaders strive to show children in learning groups as well as in arts and crafts and games and singing that God loves them.
