Mr and Mrs Daniel Calandro have purchased a home at 2 Hearthstone Lane from Far Horizon Builders, LLC.

Bob Gleason of Century 21 Scalzo - The Gleason Group of Newtown listed and sold the property.

The buyers were represented by attorney Michael Nahoum while attorney George Adams represented the seller.

Honey Lane

Mr and Mrs John Marcinek, formerly of Ansonia, have purchased a home at 22 Honey Lane from Mr and Mrs Daniel Calandro.

Bob Gleason of Century 21 Scalzo - The Gleason Group of Newtown listed the property, which was sold by Pat Linnell of Newtown Country Realty.

The buyers were represented by attorney Anthony DiPerrio while attorney Michael Nahoum represented the seller.

Meadowbrook Road

David and Denis Jurasek recently purchased 14 Meadowbrook Road from Cendant Mobility.

Gary and Marie Daniels formerly of Huntington, recently purchased Lot 16 Clapboard Ridge Road from Herde Construction.
