Rhea Schneider: “I’m going to miss seeing my friends everyday like I have at Hawley. Reed brings all the elementary schools together, so we will be all mixed up.”

Kelsey Karp: “Here at Hawley, all of my teachers have been really nice. My favorite teacher was Ms [Maureen] Malone.”

Sarah McMahon: “I loved all my teachers — I’ll miss them a lot! I liked our [class] library here, where I discovered my favorite book; Little House on the Prairie [by Laura Ingalls Wilder]. Reed’s going to be a lot bigger. I’m excited, though.”

James Marusi: “I’m in third grade, so I am not going to Reed yet. But I am going to miss our long recess next year! The schedule changes and [recess] is shorter.”
