It’s Nicer In Botsford

To the Editor:

I would like to extend a warm welcome to the new Botsford Post Office! I am so thrilled to be able to do business with people with proper business ethics. The Commerce Road Post Office is so unbelievably unprofessional. I am astounded they are able to maintain their arrogant substandard level of service. Slow, surly, and unhelpful in general is how I’d describe the workers at the counter.

Time after time I’ve had to wait in a line with ten or more people while the “next window” sign is up on two stations but two workers are talking and ignoring the customers!

No other service-oriented business would have the audacity to behave that way if they were not government employees.

However, the Botsford employees couldn’t be nicer. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Everyone notices the difference.
