For the tenth consecutive year, Prudential Connecticut Realty has been named the number one real estate company in Connecticut according to the real estate industry’s top publications. Prudential Connecticut Realty tops the charts in both the National Relocation & Real Estate Magazine and REALTrends Top 500 Brokers Reports. These industry publications annually rank the top real estate companies in the country based on sales volume and number of units sold. In 2001, Prudential Connecticut Realty closed 10,621 transactions resulting in a record-breaking $3 billion in sales volume.

Both the REALTrends and National Relocation & Real Estate reports derive their rankings from figures submitted by brokers. To ensure the accuracy and credibility of their reports, brokers are also required to submit supporting documentation from outside accounting firms.
