Botsford Hill Road
Police said they saw motorist Robert Walenczyk, 43, of Trumbull driving a vehicle on Botsford Hill Road with an expired vehicle registration sticker on its rear marker plate, so they stopped him to investigate at about 11:05 am June 12.
After making some vehicle record checks, police arrested Walenczyk on charges of driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while under suspension, and driving without automotive insurance.
Police took Walenczyk into custody for booking, and later released him on $200 bail for arraignment on the charges June 29 in Danbury Superior Court.

Residential Theft
Sometime between 3:15 pm on June 3 and 10 am on June 4, someone stole a wood-and-iron park bench from a residential property on Hearthstone Lane, which is a dead-end street off Alberts Hill Road, near Upper Paugussett State Forest.
The stolen bench is worth $70. Police are investigating the crime and ask anyone with information about the theft to contact them at 426-5841.
Vandalism Spree
Police are investigating an incident in which eight residential mailboxes positioned along Boggs Hill Road were either run over or damaged by a vehicle during the early morning hours of June 4.
Driving in a south-to-north direction on that residential street, the vehicle damaged mailboxes lying between 165 and 89 Boggs Hill Road. Police have evidence consisting of tire marks and blue paint scuffs.
People with information about the criminal mischief are asked to contact police at 426-5841.
Stolen Vehicle
About 3 pm June 12, police spotted a motorist driving on Route 25 in a vehicle that had no front marker plate, so they stopped the man to investigate.
Police then learned that the vehicle was reported to be stolen from Danbury.
Police charged motorist Jose Antonio, 36, of Danbury, with third degree larceny by possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Police also arrested Antonio on charges of driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, and driving without automotive insurance.
Police held Antonio in the police station lockup overnight on $5,000 bail for a court arraignment on the charges on June 13.
Buick Vs Deer
Motorist Roxene Morrison, 41, of 18 Nutmeg Lane was driving a 1995 Buick LeSabre eastward on Wasserman Way, near Nunnawauk Road, about 7 pm June 3, when a deer ran out onto the road, resulting in a collision, police said.
Morrison was not injured. Police took no enforcement.
Nissan Vs Toyota
Police report an accident at the intersection of Boggs Hill Road and Deep Brook Road about 2:17 pm June 9.
Motorist Shannon Patrasanta, 18, of 25 Valley View Road, who was driving a 2001 Nissan Sentra southward on Boggs Hill Road, then attempted to turn left onto Deep Brook Road, but collided with motorist Michelle Black, 21, of 11-A Palestine Road, who was driving a 1993 Toyota Camry northward on Boggs Hill Road, police report.
Police said there were no injuries. Police issued Patrasanta a written warning for failure to grant the right of way.
Currituck DUI
Police report they stopped motorist Arthur Randall, 35, of Bethel about 6 pm June 13 for driving a 2001 Dodge Durango 54 miles per hour in 30-mph zone on Currituck Road.
Randall failed field sobriety testing, according to police.
Police said they brought in their German shepherd to search and the dog found some marijuana hidden in the sport-utility vehicle.
Police arrested Randall on charges of driving under the influence, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, and traveling too fast.
Police took Randall into custody, processed his arrest, and then released him on $250 bail for a June 28 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
Larceny Arrest
Police report they charged Tiffany Pirc, 23, of Bethel with sixth degree larceny about 8:45 pm June 14.
Police allege that Pirc, who was watching a dog at a house on Saw Mill Road, stole a prescription medication from a medicine cabinet in the house. After processing the case, police released Pirc on a written promise to appear June 28 in Danbury Superior Court.
Five Charges
Police report they stopped motorist Jacey Powers, 24, of New Milford on Route 34 about 11:20 am June 15 for not having a front marker plate on the vehicle she was driving.
 Police charged Powers with failure to display a marker plate, misuse of a marker plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while under suspension, driving without automotive insurance.
Police released Powers on a written promise to appear June 30 in Danbury Superior Court.
