Senior Ryan Golankiewicz and sophomore Andrew Hyland, of Newtown, are members of the Fairfield Prep lacrosse team which won it’s fourth consecutive state title, on June 7. Prep defeated Ridgefield 15-14 in triple overtime to capture the Class L crown. The Jesuits had beaten Newtown in the tourney’s quarterfinals.
