Southpark Wolfpack 6, Swarm 3 â Max Paytner scored three goals and Zachary Schwartz scored two to lead the Wolfpack to the win. Billy Morrissey also scored. Jack Mackay played great in goal. For the Swarm, Harrison Gillis, Max Reed and Adam Calderone each scored once with Bobby Black playing well on defense.
Southpark Wolfpack 9, Danbury 6 â Zachary Schwartz scored four goals and Billy Morrissey scored two to lead the Wolfpack past Danbury. Steve Ashbolt and Evan Ritzinger added one goal apiece. Steven Jaroszewski and Patrick Keough played great at midfield.
Breakers 5, Terminators 0 â Danny Cartisano, Steven Klucik, Andrew Rothenberg, Henry Sims and Ben Wicki scored to lead the Breakers. Bill Sims had an assist. For the Terminators, Teddy Gissen played well on offense and Spencer Scott and Ian McEmber anchored the defense.
 Danbury (#1) 5, Breakers 0 â Jon Zigman, Dan Lawrence and Cody Cullens led the offense and Oskar Dean and Dan McSweeney anchored the defense for Newtown against a very tough Danbury team.

Panthers: 2 , Mini M&Ms 0 â Kara Brown scored two goals to lift the Panthers over the Mini M&Ms. Danni Villa and Gabriella Mason played well on offense while Sarah McMahon and Molly McNamara and Molly Sheluck paced the D. Shelly Davies and Jenna Bonaccorso kept the Mini M&Ms in the game.
Panthers 1, Hurricanes 0 â Susan Mason punched in the lone goal to push the Panthers past the Hurricanes. The strong Panther defense came from Kaitlyn Connolly, Kara Brown and Angela Sobotka while the Hurricanes kept in close with Samantha Whitley, Nicole Gindraux, Jamie Keating and Jillian Thompson playing solid defense.

Hawks 5, Thunderbolts 2 â Connor Quinn scored all five Hawks goals in a tightly contested game, taking his total for the season to 37. Samuel Langdon and Yossi Kohrman both had excellent defensive performances with Nick Shannon looking dynamic in midfield. Nick Baretto scored both Thunderbolts goals, whose outstanding performers were Devin DiNicola (defense), Andrew Kelley (offense), and Dieter Gutbrod.
Rockets 4, All Stars 4 â Nicky Sajovic led the Rockets with four goals and Alec Woznick was strong in goal. Micheal Senf had a great game through the midfield. Miles Dobbrow led the All Stars with two goals and Douglas Pierce and Chris Robinson had a goal each.
Nighthawks 3, Electric Eagles 2 â Johnny Kerins scored two and Jack Curry one for the Nighthawks with strong defense by Nick Pedalino and added offense from Darren Kirby. For the Electric Eagles, Colin Cooper provided the offense with two goals. Nathan Norwich, Matt Villamana, and William Carr all worked hard and had a great all-around game.
Nightmare 5, Panthers 0 â Carter Law, William Little, Josh Muniz, Daniel Burnette and Nathaniel Burns all scored to lead the Nightmare. For the Panthers, Matt Dayton had a strong game.
Tigers 6, Monsters 1 â Adam Ellison and Tyler Roberts scored three goals apiece to lead the Tigers to the win. Ryan Coe was stropng in the net with the support of Adam Oelberge. For the Monsters, Francis Sarasonu scored.
Golden Eagles 2, Hornets 2 â Josh Barrett scored two for the Golden Eagles while Michael Caldaroni and Gavin Scallon each put one away for the Hornets in this tight match on Sunday. For the Hornets, Nicholas Snyder had a powerful game in offense and teammate Michael Scharfenberg was strong in defense. Brian Kruger powered the Golden Eagles offensive drives and Kevin Dennis was very effective in goal.
Bobcats 2, Roadrunners 1 â Daniel Gallagher and Brandon Marks scored a goal apiece to lead the âCats. Matt Clark and Jonathan Witten both played solid games. For the âRunners, Pieter Martino scored the lone goal while Gabriel Cohen and Jesse Pasacreta both played well on offense. Joey Fellin had a strong game.
Girls F
Lightning 4, Blizzard 0 â Cassie Fallon, Kelley Gaston, Shannon OâGorman and Kendall Svanda contributed a goal apiece to lead the Lightning. For the Blizzards, Jennifer and Shannon McDonald played great offense while Amanda Stanton played well on defense.
Thunderbolts 1, Shooting Stars 0 â Christina Corpale scored the only goal of the game. Emily Brisson and Hayley Strasburger played solid games for the Thunderbolts. Emily Albrecht, Brooke Leifels, and Nicole Davis played well for the Shooting Stars.
Hotshots 1, Dolphins 0 â Celeste Cheung scored the only goal in the well played game between the Hot Shots and the Dolphins. Alyse Brautigam, Emma Iannini and Jilliana Ciamarra played extremely well for the Hot Shotâs to preserve the win.
Boys U10
Strikers 3, Southbury 2 â Eric Thornberg scored the game-winner on an assist from Kyle Moore.. Daniel Lynch scored twice on assists by Patrick Fay and Ishan Tatake. Tony Vacaro and Josh Engler played solid defense while Michael Gould and James Truckle kept the pressure on Southbury.

Rampage 1, Danbury 0 â Chelsea Fay scored the lone goal of the game on a penalty kick, lifting the Rampage to the win. Jordyn Goodâs shot on goal inside the final two minutes led to the PK. Caleigh Boyle and Sara Kelley sparked the offense along with Kristen Tanner and Laura Bittman. Katie Pessin shared the goalkeeping duties with Good.
Rampage 4, New Hartford 1 â Chelsea Fay scored a pair of goals while Kate Bowen and Taylor Smith scored one apiece to lead the Rampage to the win. Laetitia de Brantes, Kirsten Hudock and Hannah Basch-Gould supplied offensive pressure.
Boys U12
Newtown 4, New Hartford 1 â Andrew Mesiel scored two goals while Andrew Domingos and Connor Collier added one more each to lead Newtown to victory. The defense of Ethan Carotti, Joe Cappiello, Chris Marks and Mickey Fay, in goal, denied New Hartford scoring opportunities.

Samba TTP
Max Hoagland and Drew Taylor both have helped the Samba TTP team with strong midfield play and Kyle Dinocola has been a strong additional keeper this spring season. All contributed to Sambaâs run to the State Cup title but were inadvertently omitted from last weekâs article.
Girls U14
Nitros 1, Stamford 0 (State Cup) â With only 2:30 into the game, Meghan Miller scored the lone goal of the game to lift the Nitros past Stamford. Allison Bull was exceptional on defense, as was keeper Caryn Lieberman, Erica Vacaro, Heather Young and mid-fielders Jen Iasoggna and Kristine Salbu.
Torrington 4, Nitros 1 â Playing without several key players, the Nitros were off of their normal pace and succumbed to the more aggressive playing Torrington team. Allison Bull scored the lone Newtown goal. Emma Johnson, Meghan Miller, and Kristine Salbu played well.

The Storm 1, Berkshire United 0 â Nick Sando scored off a corner kick and The Storm slipped past Berkshire United. Luke Powers was spectacular in goal while Matt Boland, Neris Halili, Matt Norris, Eric Macknight and Billy McCann played well.
