Parenting Workshop On Discipline To Be Offered

A Tuesday morning workshop series on the topics of discipline will be offered at the Housatonic Valley Waldorf School in Newtown on June 24, July 1, and July 8, from 10 am to noon. The series will be presented by Louise deForest and Jennifer Brooks Quinn, both experienced Waldorf educators.

Topics will include self-discipline, age-appropriate discipline for children, and being present in the moment. The workshops encompass presentation, discussion, some biography-sharing, and artistic exercises.

Preregistration is required by June 17. The fee is $100 for the three-session series.
