Perform Free Concert
SOUTHBURY â The Eriksson Quartet, a string group, will be presenting a classical concert on Monday, June 25, at 7:15 pm, at East Hill Woods, 611 East Hill Road.
Justin Smith, violin, began playing at age two and has performed professionally in the US and Europe. Jeffrey Phillips, violin, received a bachelorâs degree in violin performance from St Olaf College. He has also enjoyed considerable success as a composer, with his commissioned works having been performed throughout Minnesota, Iowa and Missouri.
Carl Larson, viola, served as assistant principal and principal viola of the St Olaf Orchestra and participated in four domestic and one international tours. Graham Olson, cello, began studying cello at the age of seven. He has attended the chamber music institutes at the College of St Catherine and Augsburg College, received a bachelorâs degree in cello performance from St Olaf College. As a four-year member of St Olaf Orchestra, he toured extensively throughout the US and Europe.
