‘MISSING PEACE’ AT SVA JULY 12

NEW YORK CITY — The School of Visual Arts, Visual Arts Gallery, will present the exhibition, “The Missing Peace: Artists Consider the Dalai Lama,” on view July 12–August 22.

This exhibition, in partnership with the Rubin Museum of Art, brings together more than 25 contemporary artists’ personal interpretations of and reflections on the Dalai Lama. Artists include Richard Avedon, Anish Kapoor, Sebastiao Salgado and Katarina Wong.
