Blessing Of The Bikes, June 19

The annual blessing of the bikes returns Saturday, June 19, from 8:30 to 11:30 am, at Newtown United Methodist Church, 92 Church Hill Road in Sandy Hook. A very ample breakfast is provided for a free will donation. A blessing will be given in the church’s fellowship hall to all riders, and later outside in groups on individually. Bill Kolesar rode his 1962 BSA motorcycle to a recent Blessing of The Bikes event. In addition to having his bike blessed, Mr Kolesar was also honored with the Oldest Bike Award.
