Hurricanes 2, Sherman 2 â Jen Brewer scored a pair of goals as the Hurricanes rallied back from a 1-0 deficit. Adelle Cerreta, Natalie Villa, Cassie David and forwards Erin Nemeth and Kelley Anne Carney played well.
Boys U12
New Hartford 1, Strikers 0 â Michael Gould, Max Brazo and Josh Engler played well on defense while Ryan Pasko, Daniel Hufziger, Alex Miller and Michael Carrafiello never gave up in the offense.
Brookfield 5, Strikers 2 â Kyle Moore scored a pair of goals, but the Strikers fell to Brookfield. Daniel Lynch had the assists as Aaron Nezvesky and Eric Thornberg helped power the offense. Tony Vacaro and Ishan Tatake played well.
Girls U11
Power 2, Torrington 0 â Kelley Gaston and Jessica Jowdy scored to lead the Power to the win. The strong midfield play of Ali Korchman, Ali Fuentes and Meaghan Carney kept Torrington from a single shot on goal in the second half. Cristina Naldini, Cassie Fallon, Brooke Leifels and Katherine Scott played well at defense.
Girls U10
Flash 13, New Hartford 1 â Christina Gould, Stephanie Roman, Bridget Powers, Julia Trudell, Tressa Scott, Kristen Grabowski and Brittany Tolla had strong performances in a win over New Hartford.
Flash 1, New Fairfield 1 â Tressa Scott, Samantha Salvatore, Christina Gould and Morgan Kirol played well in a draw with New Fairfield.

Girls U14
Turkeys 2, Huskies 1 â Hannah DeFlumeri and Lisa Favicchia scored the goals that lifted the Turkeys to the win. Erica Woloszynski was solid on offense as Deanna Tassinari and Katy Bloxsom earned the win in the net. For the Huskies, Nicole Vournazos scored as Isabel Gleason and goalies Alex Grant and Jennifer Smith played well.
Rip Tide 3, Danbury 2 â Jocelyn Pasko, Megan McGowan and Maura Gissen scored goals as the Rip Tide rallied from a 2-0 deficit â and the loss of player Laura Clark (taken away in an ambulance after suffering an injury) â to win.
Rip Tide 5, Mud Monkeys 0 â Maura Gissen scored two goals and Jocelyn Pasko, Rachel Taback and Laura Clark scored one apiece to lead the Rip Tide. For the Monkeys, Jessie McDonald, Emily Floros, Lauren Faith and Kaitlyn Connolly had good performances.
Boys U10
Wildfire 3, Blue Dragons 1 â Stefan Dullinger scored two goals and Robbie Baier added one to lead Wildfire to the win. Paolo Moscovici and Cameron Weibel were strong in midfield while Francis Afriyie was key in defense. For the Dragons, Stephen Jarvis scored while Timothy Bock played well as halfback. Alex Woloszynski anchored the defense and goalie, Jimmy Russo, was very effective.
Mud Monkeys 4, Powerful Piglets 0 â Luke Shearin and Mac Morlock scored to lead the Monkeys to the win. Connor Anderson and Niles Wilson played well. For the Piglets, Tarren Horvath and Mathew Austin both played well on defense as Justin Weiner made a number of great saves in goal.
Pink Muffins 4, Devilish Ducklings 1 â Patrick Riccardi scored three goals and Patrick Thornberg scored one to lead the Muffins to the win. Tommy Cassin played well on offense as Kevin Woloszynski played well on defense. For the Ducklings, Miles Dobbrow scored the lone goal, Jacob Moore and Nicky Shannon played outstanding offense, and Matt Baldino played superb defense.
Eagles 4, Wolverines 3 â Nick Gerbo scored a pair of goals while Eric Pisani and Sam Pliszka scored one goal each to lead the Eagles to the win. Robert Nordman had a solid day in the net. For the Wolverines, Brandon Marks, Thomas Healy and Joey VanVeen scored as Trever Carey provided an assist.
Wildfire 5, Powerful Piglets 1 â Stephen Dullinger, Colin Dutt, Peter Kerns, Chris Arnone and Kevin Dennis all scored to lead the Wildfire to the win. For the Piglets, Tyler Coleman scored with the support of Jacob Locorontondo and Thomas Bernath.
All Stars 4, Powerful Piglets 1 â Christian Barrett scored twice as Miles Dobbrow and James Holcomb each added a goal to lead the Stars. Sam Langdon played well on D. For the Piglets, Austin Quinn scored while Jonah McKeowen and Brandon Smith played hard on defense.

Crusaders 1, Metrostars 0 â Sally Martinelli scored the lone goal to lead the Crusaders to the win. Kelsey Karp had the assist as Katie Shirley and Zoe Eggleston played outstanding games. For the âStars, Emily Brisson and Randi Jackson were aggressive all day, Celeste Cheung was strong in goal and Meaghan Harkins played well on defense.
Firefeet 1, Jawbreakers 0 â Kyra Murray scored an unassisted goal to lead the Firefeet to the win. It was the first win for the âFeet, who played well as a team. For the âBreakers, Katie Burns and Sarah Stofko were strong in the net as Lauren Meyer, Claire Miles and Megan OâConnell had solid performances.
Metrostars 2, Blaze 0 â Emma Ianinni and Courtney Beckett scored goals to lead the âStars. Ashley Beckett and Michaela Beaudry were all over the field in the win.
Boys U8
Tigersharks 3, Werewolves 0 â Conner Miller notched a hat trick and led the âSharks to the win. Anthony Vournazos and Kevin Droniak both had assists and Michael Marcinek played well. For the Werewolves, Carter Nordman and Matt Rosa both had great games. Michael Lally lead the defense and Matthew Wood kept the game close as goal keeper.
Tigersharks 5, Bulldogs 0 â Gabe Keogler scored a pair of goals as Conner Miller, Jordan Sock and Colin Reilly added one each to lead the âSharks. For the Bulldogs, Ryan King led the offense as Michael Cook and Christian Madaus teamed up on defense.
Strikers 2, Tremendous Tigers 0 â Albert Dean and Luca Imbimbo powered the offense and led the Strikers to the win. Mick Samuelson played well. For the Tigers, Jonah Muniz, Nathaniel Dowd and Sam Omalyev had fine performances.
Blue Thunder 3, Blazing Blizzards 3 â Sawyer Conrad scored a pair of goals and Chris Zakur added one to lead the Thunder. Travis Hanna played well on defense and Peter Manfredonia was solid on offense. For the Blizzards, Mitchell Stewart scored three goals as Joe Anastasia had a great all around game and Danny Cummings was great on defense.
Huskies 4, Bulldogs 1 â Owen Gaston scored twice and Stephen Walsh and Nathan Horvath each scored once to power the Huskies. Devin Matte played great defense. For the Bulldogs, Christian Madaus netted the goal off an assist by Will Swain. Chris Horkachuck was great on the defensive end and Noah Velush-Rogers played well in goal.
Werewolves 4, Wolverines 1 â Matthew Wood scored twice and Matt Rosa and Carter Nordman each scored single goals to lead the Werewolves. Adam Hufziger scored for the Wolverines while Gentian Limani, Sander Nydell and Arnav Singh each had all around great games.
Wizards 6, Tigers 3 â Jordan Abraham scored four goals and Connor Hanley added two to lead the Wizards to the win. Nick Klein and Patrick Afriyie played well. For the Tigers, Jonathan Schwartz scored three times while Wesley Morlock had a pair of assists. Paul OâLeary and Cary DeYoung played well in the midfield.
Girls U8
Ballhogs 4, Funky Monkeys 0 â Anna Northrop and Sarah Lynch scored the goals to lead the Ball Hogs. Jillianne Lyon also played well on offense as Kayleigh Shambelan and Taylor Zingaro had solid performances. For the Monkeys, Avery Black and Emma Deflumeri played well on defense while Kerry Scallon had a fine all-around game.
Strikers 4, Panthers 2 â Emily Grimes scored three goals and Casey Harkins added one to lead the Strikers. Catherine Neave and Leoni Schmitt played solid defence and Dale Shearin was all over the field. For the Panthers, Olivia Korth and Angela Hallili scored while Taylor Lafave, Lindsay Fuori and Rachel Zambernardi played well.
Cheetahs 1, Shockers 0 â Catherine Haggerty scored the lone goal for the Cheetahs off an assist from Jessica Keller. Aimee Alexander and Kelly Coughlin played well on defense. Emily Clark and Victoria Madden played well on offense for the Shockers, while Ryan Cassin and Kacey Caplan were tough on defense.
Shooting Stars 1, Huskies 1 â Brooke Newton scored the lone goal for the Stars as Erin Bernardi, Emma Champagne and Morgan Macchiarulo played well all-around. For the Huskies, Tess Murray scored with support from Tonya Tucker, Aspen Kraushaar, and Amanda Vitti. Jenna Calandro was terrific in goal.
Funky Monkeys 5, Thunderbolts 2 â Kerry Scallon and Hayley Dunn powered the Monkeysâ offense in the win. Paige Thanasoulis played well. For the âBolts, Michelle Zarafis and Jennifer Indelicato scored the goals.
