Kathi Panor Of Prudential Connecticut Realty Of Newtown Ears Active Adult Specialist Designation

As part of Prudential Connecticut Realty’s launch of its new Active Adult Division, Kathi Panor of the Newtown office has been named one of the company’s Active Adult Lifestyle Specialists.

Prudential Connecticut Realty has started this new division to address the diverse real estate needs of active adults and seniors who are looking to enjoy life at all stages.

Spearheading the division are specially trained Prudential Connecticut Realty sales executives such as Ms Panor who have completed the senior real estate specialist (SRES) designation and have attended Prudential Connecticut Realty’s proprietary training program.

“I’m honored to be one of Prudential Connecticut Realty’s sales executives in the state to achieve this designation,” Ms Panor said. “This is a great opportunity to help baby boomers and seniors in Newtown who are making critical decisions about their future.”

Each active adult lifestyle specialist is specially trained to assist homebuyers and sellers with selling property, selecting age-appropriate financing, finding retirement living that focuses on active lifestyles and up-to-date amenities, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate, among other issues.

“We recognize that an increasing number of our clients are baby boomers, empty nesters, and seniors,” said Peter G. Helie, CEO of Prudential Connecticut Realty. “Our active adult lifestyle specialists are knowledgeable in a variety of relevant issues, and sensitive to the wide range of needs our customers may face during the transition of downsizing. Additionally, our specialists are trained to assist customers in the quest to find homes and communities that fit their active lifestyles. We are delighted to be able to offer this special focus. The creation of our Active Adult Division further underscores our commitment to providing first-rate service to all of our clients.”
