Juvenile Sex Assault
Juvenile Sex Assault
Based on a complaint that they received early this year, police on June 8 arrested a 15-year-old boy on a warrant, charging him with first degree unlawful restraint, fourth degree sexual assault, and risk of injury to a minor.
Police provided no details on the nature of the incident which prompted the criminal charges.
After processing the boyâs arrest, police transported him to a juvenile detention center in Bridgeport, where he was held for a June 9 arraignment on the charges in Danbury Juvenile Court.
Because the boy is under age 16, his identity is shielded by state law.
DUI Accident

On investigating, police arrested Paradiso on charges of driving under the influence and driving to the left on a curve. After processing Paradisoâs arrest, police released him on $60 bail for a June 23 court arraignment on the charges.
