A Time Of Need

To the Editor:

Recently I required surgery. I am thankful for my wonderful children, Paulette and Bill Cavanaugh, Beth and Jim Pimpinello and their children, my gracious neighbors, friends and family for their help.

Then I needed rides to physical therapy and FISH came to my rescue. I appreciate those wonderful people who volunteered their time and transportation to transport me. I’m grateful to the people that provided me with rides, and also the individuals who handled the phones.

The people who taxied me are as follows: Fred Stakel, Bob Poulin, Gene Marks, M. Eldridge, Bob Dyer, Ellen & Fred Parrella, Joe Murphy, Colleen Honan, and my grandson Brendan Cavanaugh.

To all of you, I wish to express my sincere thanks!
