DWI Warrant

Police said Paulo Cruz, 20, of Naugatuck, turned himself in at the police station June 7 after learning there was a warrant for his arrest on a charge of driving while intoxicated in connection with a two-car accident which occurred April 9 on Route 302.

Police released Cruz on a promise to appear June 22 in Danbury Superior Court.

MV Charges

Police charged Efrain Hernandez, 30, of Danbury June 7 with failure to obey a stop sign, operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, and failure to return a driver’s license. Police released Hernandez on bond for a June 16 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
