In accordance with state regulations, which address the retention and disposal of student health records, the Newtown High School nurses office will be eliminating the health records of 2009 graduates at the end of the 2015-16 school year.

Parents and students who wish to gain possession of these records must pick them up from the nurses office by Friday, June 17, between the hours of 8 am and noon.

Identification is required.
