Ruth P. Storrs

Ruth (Parker) Storrs, 84, daughter of  the late Harry and Carrie (Newbould) Parker, born August 20, 1918, in Meriden, died June 1, at home in Sherman Mills, Me.

She is survived by Edwin B. Storrs, her loving husband of 62 years; daughter, Susan P. Andrews and her husband, Gary, of Bozeman, Mont.; daughter, Candace McKellar and her husband, Donald, of Sherman Mills, Me.; three grandsons; and one great-grandson.

Mrs Storrs and her family lived for 40 years in Sandy Hook where she participated in church, school, and historical society activities over the years. She and her husband moved to Brunswick, Me., in 1986 and to Sherman Mills in 2002 to live with her daughter and her husband.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are by Lindquist Funeral Home in Yarmouth, Me.
