Mr and Mrs David Lieb have purchased a home at 17 Nicholas Square in New Milford from Elizabeth Ross.

Sharon Mitchell of William Pitt Real Estate of Danbury listed the property, which was sold by Nancy Marcucilli of Century 21 Scalzo/The Gleason Group of Newtown.

The buyers were represented by attorney Jane Glander, while attorney Robert Barry represented the seller.

James and Anna Viti, formerly of Fairfield, recently purchased 14 Appleblossom Lane from Patricia and Philip Scappatura, Jr.

Jone Sigovich of Bob Tendler Real Estate exclusively listed the property, which was sold in cooperation with Pam Gleason with Century 21 Scalzo/The Gleason Group of Newtown.
