BRIDGEPORT – Connecticut’s best Level 5 and 6 Gymnasts will gather on Friday and Saturday, June 5 and 6, for the USA Gymnastics Connecticut State Championships. Gymnasts ages seven through 17 will compete at the University of Bridgeport’s Wheeler Recreational Center for a state ranking, as well as a team award.

Gymnastics Revolution of Bethel will send 12 athletes to the championships, including three from Newtown.

Among the talented gymnasts are Katie Temple, Sera Pisani, and Alison Kron of Newtown.
