To the Editor:

This ordinance and the fact that I will have to pay for paper bags is just another tax on the population.

Presently, like many other citizens, I reuse the plastic bags that are being offered by retail stores.

Assuming this ordinance passes and the stores I buy from make me pay or bring my own bags, I will not spend my hard-earned money at these establishments.
