CLA Art Show At White Silo Gallery

SHERMAN — The public is invited to enjoy award-winning art and fine wine in a picturesque rural New England setting when Candlewood League of Artists presents its 2005 Juried Art Show.

The exhibition will be on view during the first three weekends in June at White Silo Winery, at 32 Route 37. The show features award winning works in oils, watercolors, pastels, acrylics, graphics, and mixed media.

It will be open viewing and sales, as well as wine tasting, from 10 am until 5 pm on each Friday, Saturday and Sunday during those three weekends.

A total of $1,300 in awards and gift certificates will be presented to the award-winning artists based on the judging of Joan Rudman, an award winning member of American Watercolor Society and the current president of Hudson Valley Art Association.
