To the Editor:

On behalf of SHOP ( Sandy Hook Organization for Prosperity), I would like to thank Chief Anthony Capozziello and everyone at Sandy Hook Vol Fire & Rescue for taking care of the American flags in Sandy Hook Village.

Every year, they manage to get the flags up and in place for Memorial Day weekend.

Hope everyone had a safe, relaxing weekend.
