To the Editor:

The Supreme Court should allow the States to interpret the 1st and 2nd amendment. States should be allowed to ban or allow guns and books.

States like New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts could allow all books and ban all guns and states like Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas could do the opposite. People could then decide where they want to live.
