Krystal Ferris was 3-for-3 with a single, double, and triple while Kaitlyn Fention, Megan LaFlamme, Becca Narel, Sara Blomberg, Jenna Van Waalwijk, and Stacey Gordon all collected two hits apiece to fuel 22-hit attack.
Van Waalwijk nearly put her hit - which turned out to be a double - into the parking lot which would have been an automatic home run.
Lisa Morgan, meanwhile, was too overpowering on the mound, giving up only one run in six innings of work. Then there was the defensive work of Jessica Duch, Christie Caruso, Courtney Brunton, Narel, Erin Murdoch, Erica Carino, Blomberg and Morgan.
Leading up the season finale, the Lady Lions also blasted Bethel Middle School, 10-2. Morgan teamed with Blomberg on the mound to pitch seven solid innings. LaFlamme, Trina Ramsdell, Fenton, Murdoch, and Chrissy Glander were once again strong in the field.
Murdoch was 3-for-4 to lead the offense while Ashley Ferris, Krystal Ferris and Fenton had two hits apiece. Blomberg and Gordon doubled as the Lady Lions banged out 16 hits to overwhelm Bethel.
The Lady Lionsâ ninth win of the season was a 16-6 pounding of Broadview in which 15 different players got a hit, but only Caruso, Krystal Ferris (HR) and Gordon had at least two. Ramsdell doubled while Glander and Lauren Cascia tripled.
