A Delayed Opening For

Wing Ding Parade

BRIDGEPORT — On Sunday, June 10, Beardsley Zoo will not open until noon to allow the Barnum Festival Wing Ding parade better use of the Beardsley park entryway.

The short delay will give the children participating in the parade the safest route possible and will give better access to zoo visitors once the parade has passed by, at the zoo’s one-day opening time of noon.

The zoo will still close at 4 pm that day and the admission will remain the same: $6 for adults, $4 for children ages 3 to 11, and free for children under 3.
