Local Riders Succeed In Saddle

Shaun Mangold and his cousin, Samantha Pearce, both of Newtown, performed well at the annual spring horse show held at Friendship Farm equestrian center in Woodbury. Shaun earned a first- and third-place finish in his division while Samantha earned three third-place finishes and one second-place finish in hers. Both riders take lessons from Willie and Cyndi Jaret, who own and operate Friendship Farm.
