I attended the Democratic Caucus for Newtown’s 106th State Representative last night. As I was listening to the speeches, I heard about some of the things that Chris Lyddy has accomplished during his first term. I was impressed with the extent of his accomplishments and the awards they have led to.

I know how difficult it is to earn your place and gain the respect of your colleagues in Hartford. Chris has worked hard and done that.

Chris is working hard to protect what you hold dear — your family and their needs.

Chris was given the honor of nominating Chris Murphy for another term for the Fifth District. He was also honored by giving a seconding speech at the Democratic Convention last Saturday.

I would like to urge everyone to go to Chris’s website www.chrislyddy.com and check out what he has done for us. I think he has earned a second term. Do your research, then please join me in supporting Chris Lyddy on November 2.
