The Anti-Cyberbullying Bill

To The Editor

On Saturday, May 14, at it 114th Annual Convention, members of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of Connecticut adopted a resolution regarding cyberbullying. We would like to ask readers to contact their senators and representatives asking them to support of Bill 1138 that is currently under consideration by the Connecticut General Assembly.

Even more importantly, we urge you to assist Governor Malloy and work with our local school districts to acquire the needed resources to train personnel and to implement the current and new antibullying programs that will be mandated under Connecticut State Statutes.
